Karate klub Posušje nastupio je na 19. karate kup futura 2023 u Bugojnu na kojem je nastupilo ukupno 567 natjecatelja iz 51 kluba koja su došla iz 3 države te su osvojili 6 medalja, točnije jedno zlato, jedno srebro i 4 bronce.

Zlato je osvojio Mario Kovač, srebro je uzela Matea Čamber dok su se broncom okitili Ivana Čamber, Lea Rezo, Zvonko Jukić i Marija Jukić.
