Karate klub Posušje danas je nastupio na 8. karate turniru "Castra Open" 2023. godine. Na turniru je nastupilo oko 800 natjecatelja iz 47 klubova koji su došli 2 države a Karate klub Posušje nastupio je s 5 članova i osvojio 4 medalje.

Ivana Galić i Mario Kovač ovog puta bili su zlatni a Lea Rezo i Ivana Čamber brončane dok je Ana Budimir ostala bez medalje.
